Q. Does John Batman Group offer online enquiries and orders?
A. Yes, in fact, we encourage you to place your orders on our online shopping cart as this is our most efficient option for ordering and will, in most cases, mean that your goods are despatched faster. In regards to your enquiries we endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

Q. How long until my order is dispatched?
A. Once you have placed your order and the payment has been processed, our suggested dispatch times are: 1 - 21 days for stock items, 14 - 21 days for Compendiums & Menu Covers, 45 - 60 days for Prestige & Custom Compendiums. These dispatch times should be used as a guide only.

Q. To which areas will you deliver?
A. We delivery our products to anywhere in the world, however, additional charges will apply for deliveries outside Australia.

Q. What is the delivery charge for my area?
A. One low flat rate of $38.00 inc GST applies to your total order Australia wide. Whether one or multiple boxes of ANY product(s) are ordered, the delivery cost is the same. Therefore, the more you buy, the more you save! Deliveries are sent via economy service, express delivery service can be arranged at a cost. If your goods are required by a specific date, please request this when placing your order and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

Q. Can I reduce my delivery costs?
A. Yes, if you are able to collect your order from our warehouse in Ringwood, you will not be charged the delivery fee.

Q. Is it possible to order under the minimum quantity or the multiples specified?
A. No. By only taking orders for our minimums and multiples we can ensure that we can keep the costs of our high quality commercial goods at the lowest possible prices.

Q. Do you require payment before delivery?
A. Yes. Payment is required before your order is processed.

Q. What are the payment options?
A. Visa, Mastercard, Cheque, Money Order and Direct Bank Deposit.

Q. What if I don't find a style or product that I am looking for?
A. Please contact us with your enquiry and we will endeavour to help you find the product you are searching for.

Q. Can I view the full range of products at the Showroom in Ringwood?
A. Yes, of course. We welcome you to visit us at 'Room 46' our premier Showroom. 'Room 46' has been set up to reflect a hotel room, with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining area, allowing you to view the products on display in a similar environment. The complete range of products are on display for your viewing convenience.
